Helping You Find Hope, Healing, and Lasting Wellness

Seeking support for your mental health is one of the most courageous decisions you can make. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, or life’s everyday challenges, you deserve compassionate, evidence-based care from someone who will truly listen. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My Professional Journey

My passion for helping others has guided every step of my healthcare career. After earning my medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2007, I continued serving patients as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner before completing advanced training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2019. This unique clinical foundation allows me to provide comprehensive psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults while combining medical knowledge with compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

In 2020, I founded my behavioral health practice with a simple mission: to expand access to high-quality psychiatric care while partnering with patients, families, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to improve mental health outcomes throughout our communities.

My Philosophy of Care

I believe the best mental healthcare begins with a genuine partnership. Every person has a unique story, and every treatment plan should reflect their individual goals, values, and circumstances—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we develop realistic, evidence-based treatment plans designed to relieve symptoms, build resilience, restore daily functioning, and promote lasting emotional wellness.

Beyond treating mental health conditions, I am committed to prevention, early intervention, and helping individuals develop the skills needed to thrive. I believe that healthier individuals create healthier families, and healthier families build stronger communities.

Let’s Begin Your Journey

Whether you are seeking care for yourself or someone you love, you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. My commitment is to provide compassionate guidance, clinical excellence, and personalized care every step of the way. It is both a privilege and an honor to walk alongside my patients as they work toward hope, healing, resilience, and lasting wellness.

Your journey begins with one conversation—and I would be honored to be part of it.
